The lock collar slides securely over the connecting bar. This allows the bar to be positioned safely into the specially designed holder that can be attached to a tool belt. WARNING Should ONLY be used on Klein 7 8" connecting bars (Cat. Nos. 3246 & 3248). Must be installed on connecting bar before using holder.
